We are looking for a driven and consultative Sales Development Executive to help expand our customer base and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop current business opportunities across industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and enterprise segments.

Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.

Engage with Facility Managers, Energy Managers, Plant Heads, Operations Leaders, Sustainability Teams, and decision-makers.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of our AI-driven energy intelligence platform.

Understand customer pain points and position solutions through a consultative sales approach.

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and structured follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to support customer requirements.

Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.

Stay updated on industry trends related to energy management, sustainability, industrial automation, IoT, and digital transformation.

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in B2B technology sales, business development, or solution selling.
