Description

Previous relevant experience in game quality assurance is required for this role. We are looking for a Senior QA professional with a solid ownership mindset, responsible for QA across assigned features, systems or areas of a game throughout development, release and post-launch. You will work closely with Development, Design, Art, Audio and Production teams, and collaborate with external/publisher QA teams where required, to proactively identify quality risks, investigate issues and support high-quality releases.

Requirements

What will you bring with you?
- Strong hands-on game QA experience, including development, release and post-launch support.
- Experience independently owning QA for features, systems or areas of a game.
- Good understanding of test planning, risk-based testing, defect management and release readiness.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.




- Experience supporting post-launch activities such as patches, DLC/content updates, hotfixes, player-reported issues, regression and game-balance changes.
- Console certification/submission experience on at least one platform.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with distributed and UK-based stakeholders.

Nice to have
• Experience across multiple console platforms or first-party certification requirements.
• Experience working with publishers, external QA or platform stakeholders.
• Exposure to test automation, AI-assisted QA or specialised QA tooling.
• Experience with multiple game engines.
• Mobile QA experience across iOS and/or Android.
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent.
