Xometry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence & Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytically driven, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role requires a professional who can build reporting infrastructure, uncover data-driven insights, and optimize financial processes to support the overall financial health of the organization.

How You'll Contribute
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track Accounts Receivable and broader financial performance metrics
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, pinpoint process failures,



and recommend data-backed improvements
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Legal, and Finance teams to surface insights that help resolve complex billing issues and disputes
- Conduct root-cause analysis using data to determine the underlying drivers of recurring issues and disputes
- Develop and implement data models, automated reports, and process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Generate and present regular reports and visualizations on project status, dispute trends, aging, and resolution status for management review
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, definitions, reporting logic, and analytical methodologies
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to share insights, best practices, and knowledge that
