• More than 5 years of qualified experience in data science.

• Proficient in managing and delivering end-to-end projects, from initial scoping to production deployment.

• Python, Azure and Pyspark is required

• Must have exp in Credit risk domain

• Leads projects, including initialization, stakeholder management, and aligning business requirements with technical goals.

• Translates business problems into project requirements and makes informed design decisions.

• Guides projects through approval processes such as MV and ensures successful productionalisation.

• Mentors and supervises junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.

• Demonstrates expert knowledge of data science principles and methodologies, with an awareness of common pitfalls.

• Fluent in coding,



adheres to clean coding standards, and ensures scalability and maintainability in solutions.

• Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts for broader understanding.

• Integrates models seamlessly within the organization's compliance landscape and understands regulatory requirements.

• Advanced proficiency in frameworks such as MLOps (capable of building and maintaining models within the framework) and CTS (able to design features adhering to guidelines).

• Skilled in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complete solutions.
