At SUPR, getting someone to place their first order is only the beginning.
We’re looking for someone who can build a genuine relationship with our customers after they purchase, understand their journey, help solve their problems, and make sure they’re actually getting value from SUPR.
This is not a traditional customer support role.
You’ll be speaking directly with our customers every day, understanding why they bought SUPR, how they’re using it, what they’re struggling with, and what would make their experience better.
What you’ll do
• Call and personally engage with existing SUPR customers
• Understand their goals, routines, preferences and pain points
• Guide customers on getting the most out of their SUPR products
• Follow up at different stages of their journey instead of waiting for customers to contact us
• Identify customers who are likely to repurchase and nurture them at the right time
• Win back customers who haven’t purchased again
• Understand why customers drop off and document those insights
• Collect genuine product feedback and recurring customer concerns
• Build strong relationships with our most loyal customers
• Work closely with the founders, CRM and marketing teams to improve retention
• Help create WhatsApp, calling and follow-up journeys based on what you learn from customers
What we’re looking for
You should be someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people.
You’re warm, empathetic and confident on calls. You can listen properly instead of simply reading from a script.
You should be able to understand what a customer is really struggling with, build trust, and naturally guide the conversation towards the right solution.
Experience in customer success, retention, telesales, CRM, wellness, nutrition, D2C or relationship management is a big plus.
Most importantly, you should know how to build relationships, not just close calls.
