The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate (Programs) will be responsible for managing key team programs and projects, driving operational efficiency, and providing critical data insights. This role involves deep collaboration with team leadership, internal stakeholders, and potentially HR teams. You will develop, monitor, and improve processes, leveraging data analysis and automation to enhance team performance. Success requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and hands-on implementation.

Position Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control projects/programs so they remain aligned with strategic team initiatives, communicate updates as necessary, and ensure adequate resource requirements are available.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script,



Python) to save time, reduce manual errors, and improve team workflows.
- Identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives, focusing on areas such as cost improvement, efficiency gains, error reduction, and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and generate regular reports to provide visibility into team performance and project status.
- Utilize Google BigQuery for data mapping, analysis, and troubleshooting data discrepancies; identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Create materials for and contribute to Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Create creative and robust presentation documents in support of team efforts and project communications.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience managing organizational projects and program
