We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Payroll (Reporting, Billing & FP&A;) to manage payroll analytics, manpower billing, workforce cost planning, and financial reporting for assigned client account/s. The role will partner with Operations, HR, Payroll, Commercial, and Finance teams to drive payroll cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, revenue assurance, and contract profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly payroll MIS, manpower cost reports,



and contract profitability analysis.
- Perform payroll expense reconciliations and variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Monitor headcount, attendance, overtime, attrition, and labor cost trends across sites and clients.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting and audits.

Payroll FP&A;
- Develop and manage payroll budgets, forecasts, and workforce cost projections.
- Analyze payroll cost drivers, productivity metrics, wage inflation, and manpower utilization trends.
- Partner with Operations and HR teams to forecast headcount requirements and labor costs.
- Track actual payroll spend versus budget and identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and strategic workforce planning activities.
- Provide management with insights on workforce profitability, site-level margins, and labor cost
