Spare Parts Specialist is focusing on sales of spare parts for Paper, Pulp and Energy, evaporators and environmental systems in pulp & paper mills and power plants in India as part of AP PEC Parts and CS.

He/She is working together with sales team to identify and affect customer needs, making technical specifications, quotations, and coordinating deliveries to customers in India.

Job Description
- Report to Performance Part Manager
- Active on product sales and promotion together with sales team
- Make technical specifications and quotations to customers
- Negotiate prices and close deals with customers together with sales team
- Handle purchase orders and follow up order status.
- Keep up contacts with Valmet overseas technology and manufacturing units
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or Process engineering
- 5+ years’ experience working with boiler or pulp & Paper mill technologies
- Familiar with boiler or pulp & Paper mill components, equipment’s and accessories




- Positive ability on technical specific vocabulary / technical language skills.
- Ability to provide technical information, clarification and advice.
- Understanding on Incoterms and payment terms
- Good oral and written English
- Proficient in MS office, skills in Lotus, Baan and SAP are appreciated
- Service minded and mature with good team playing and organizing skills
