Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on development experience and proven technical leadership skills. The role will focus on Dynamics 365 CRM – Field Service, solution development, integrations, technical design, team mentoring, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Work extensively on Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations and customizations.

Develop and maintain C#/.NET plugins and CRM customizations.

Build solutions using JavaScript, Power Automate, HTML/CSS and integrations.

Design scalable technical solutions based on business requirements.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure solution quality.

Work with Power BI and SSRS for reporting requirements.

Support Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile App solutions.

Handle testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.

Lead, mentor, and guide development team members.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on technical requirements and delivery.
