Finance Manager for role - Client
Position Overview
The Client Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations and client relationships for assigned portfolio(s), ensuring accurate financial reporting, billing, and analysis while maintaining exceptional client service standards. This is primarily an individual contributor role with one direct report, requiring robust client-facing skills and the ability to lead financial planning and review processes.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for assigned clients. Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, client requirements, and internal policies. Monitor budget performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
Client Budget Management Lead the annual budget development process for assigned clients, collaborating with operations teams and client stakeholders to create comprehensive financial plans. Analyze historical performance and market trends to develop accurate budget forecasts. Present budget proposals and obtain client approval. Track budget performance throughout the year and recommend adjustments as needed.
