About the Role
We're looking for an SDE-1, Fullstack Engineer to develop and maintain a multi-tenant application platform with integrations to InNote, P360, Gravity, and AidBox (FHIR-first schema).
You'll build scalable backend services and responsive frontend interfaces for healthcare providers and payers, working across the full stack on referral workflows — from creation and approval to tracking and fulfillment — while contributing to a broader FHIR migration effort that brings our data models in line with FHIR R4 standards.
A Day in the Life
Referral Workflow Development
- Build full-stack features for referral workflows — creation,



approval, tracking, and fulfillment.
- Develop RESTful APIs with FastAPI/Node.js for referral CRUD, status transitions, and reporting.
- Build React-based dashboards and workflows for referral management.

Integration & Interoperability
- Integrate with InNote and Gravity APIs for data exchange and workflow orchestration.
- Lead FHIR migration efforts — convert existing data models to FHIR-compliant schemas.

Data & Multi-Tenancy Architecture
- Implement multi-tenancy architecture ensuring data isolation and tenant-specific customizations.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MongoDB schemas for referral entities and audit trails.

Quality, Collaboration & Operations
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests; maintain >80% code coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Deploy and monitor services in Kubernetes environments using Argo CD.
