Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. RTR Operations Management Lead and manage end-to-end RTR operations, including:



General Ledger accounting Journal Entries Account Reconciliations Intercompany accounting and reconciliations Fixed Assets accounting Accruals and Prepayments Balance Sheet reviews Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Financial reporting and management reporting Ensure all activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines and SLAs. Monitor operational performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. Drive improvements in close timelines, process accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
2. People Leadership Lead and manage a large RTR team through Managers, Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and SMEs. Establish clear performance expectations and ensure effective performance management across the team. Develop a strong talent pipeline through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and capability development. Ensure appropriate staffing, workload distribution, and resource utilization. Promote a culture of accountabil
