About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer to lead the design, delivery, and operation of secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure.

This role combines approximately 60% individual contribution with 40% team leadership and management. You will remain actively involved in architecture, automation, implementation, troubleshooting, and operational support while mentoring engineers, setting technical standards, and coordinating the team's delivery.
