Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Architecture to provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership to the architectural design function.

The role will involve leading architectural teams, driving design quality and standards, managing large-scale projects, supporting project delivery, and working closely with senior stakeholders and clients across complex building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Architectural Design function and provide strategic and technical direction to architecture teams.

Establish and implement architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices across projects.

Lead the design and delivery of large-scale and complex architectural projects.

Ensure design quality, consistency, constructability,



and compliance across projects.

Provide architectural guidance based on building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

Lead and mentor large architectural teams and drive team performance.

Manage multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, project teams, and senior leadership.

Drive effective design coordination and project management.

Evaluate design challenges and develop innovative and practical solutions.

Leverage modern Architectural software and BIM workflows to improve project delivery.

Ensure designs comply with applicable Indian and international codes and standards.

Build and maintain solid client and stakeholder relationships.
