This role is a key part of an established global design team for the SMB Ads Marketing Team with this long-time client - a global leader in the Tech industry. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Motion Designer to create high-quality motion design content across digital campaigns, social platforms and video formats. In this role you can spend time on site at the client office if applicable, and be supported by our appointed Design Lead for this business area. You will have a broad range of motion design skills, and strong digital design skills would be beneficial.




You will be responsible for taking briefed creative concepts, static designs and storyboards into motion, developing animations, editing video content, and building scalable After Effects systems that can be efficiently adapted across multiple markets, languages, formats and platforms. The ideal candidate combines robust motion craft with solid design fundamentals and technical expertise in Adobe After Effects. You should have a strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, pacing and storytelling, as well as the ability to deliver consistently high-quality, scaled work within fast-paced production environments.
Initially you will work closely with the Design Lead and client to fully understand and adopt the brand, design guidelines and processes. You will be creating After Effects specific toolkits, then execute Motion Design output for multiple campaigns, across various platforms including Socia
