Job Description:
As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring product solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementation. You will interact with clients daily and are expected to independently implement projects by visiting client locations and ensuring timely and successful go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business needs and translate them into product configurations.
- Implement product solutions at customer locations (on-site).
- Provide first-level support and resolve configuration or functional issues.
- Maintain documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional internal teams to ensure client success.
- Participate in shift-based operations to support global clients.





Required Skills:
- Basic SQL skills.
- Understanding of SDLC processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients and manage implementation expectations.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel within and outside India for client implementations.
- Adaptable to work in shifts.
