We’re looking for Senior Finance Leaders to join our team supporting the Thiruvallur India manufacturing facility as part of the Resource Industries Operations and Products (RIOP) division at Caterpillar.

As the Senior Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide financial leadership and business decision support for the Thiruvallur manufacturing facility. You will develop essential business information and provide counsel to management for business and manufacturing planning, financial planning & analysis, investment analysis, internal controls,



and product costing. This position interacts with and presents to senior leadership. Leads a global team of four financial analysts, including two direct reports.

What You Will Do:

Lead and manage all aspects of financial analysis and planning for the Thiruvallur manufacturing facility, including the Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet statements.

Provide insights on the financial results of the business on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Implement new tools and analytics to continuously improve financial analysis and business insights.

Drive effective and strong coordination with partners across the business.
Lead financial analysis, providing business insights in the processes like target costs, cost monitoring, investment analysis, and sourcing studies.
