Role Overview : We have an exciting role of Talent Acquisition Analyst to support Omnicom agencies onshore recruiting team to place qualified candidates with a quick turnaround. Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective sourcing and recruitment process. You will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for Omnicom Agencies’ current and future staffing needs. Responsibilities Scheduling high-volume number of interview requests daily.
