We are seeking a Support Analyst with robust Azure infrastructure knowledge to manage and support Azure-hosted environments. The role combines cloud infrastructure management, application support, automation, Windows administration, security patching, and database administration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Azure, Terraform, GitHub, Ansible, .NET, and SQL Server environments.

Job Description

The Support Analyst will manage and maintain Azure infrastructure across IaaS and PaaS environments, supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of application components and related software. The role includes providing application support for ROMeo application components hosted in Azure environments.

The position also involves infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible, Windows administration, security patching, and software installation. The resource will support SQL Server administration and database backups while working with relevant development and scripting technologies.
