Job Description
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including manufacturing, supply, and distribution.
- Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to provide practical legal guidance on competition law, distribution practices, labour matters, EHS, business continuity, and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including Factory Laws, Food Laws, Legal Metrology, Intellectual Property, privacy, product quality, recalls, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead litigation and dispute management, including developing legal strategies, managing external counsel, and minimizing legal and commercial risk exposure.
- Managing day-to-day legal affairs, commercial contracts, risk assessment,



and legal compliance across functions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:
- A law degree from a recognised institution.
- Experience in handling legal matters in the FMCG/manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of contracts, compliance, and regulatory laws.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
