Job Description
- Define and execute the organisation's AGI and frontier AI roadmap.
- Lead research in foundation models, multimodal intelligence and agentic AI.
- Build and scale a world-class team of AI researchers and engineers.
- Drive technology transfer from advanced research to deployed products.
- Establish scalable infrastructure for large-scale model training and evaluation.

The Successful Applicant
- Ph.D. or Master's from a leading institution in AI, ML or Computer Science.




- 12+ years of technology leadership with deep AI research experience.
- Strong expertise in LLMs, multimodal models, reasoning systems and AGI-related research.
- Proven experience leading elite AI research teams and innovation programmes.
- Recognised publications, patents or contributions to frontier AI research.
