We are seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to help design, define, and scale technology solutions supporting commercial organizations across the US and global affiliates. You will operate at the intersection of business, product, data, and engineering, translating complex and ambiguous business problems into transparent technical requirements and scalable solutions. You will partner with product managers, software engineers, data engineers, architects, data scientists, and commercial stakeholders across enterprise applications, data platforms, cloud services, analytics, APIs,



and AI/GenAI capabilities. Hands-on software development is not required, but strong technical fluency is essential.

Description of the area

360 Insights Engineering builds and evolves commercial technology, data, analytics, and AI capabilities used across the US and global affiliates. The team partners across markets to identify where capabilities should be globally standardized versus locally configurable, while accounting for differences in processes, data, regulations, and operating models.

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with business and product leaders to understand complex commercial problems, lead discovery, challenge assumptions, and translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
