Job Description
- Support HR processes and policies for the digital hub in India.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address HR needs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance on talent management and development.
- Manage recruitment and on-boarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Work on performance management and feedback systems.
- Support organisational change and culture-building efforts.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- A background in human resources or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR processes and employee engagement.
- Good understanding of recruitment and talent management.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Confidence in handling HR systems and policies.
