Job Description
- Handle dispute resolution processes effectively.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on company matters.
- Draft, review, and amend legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal advisors.
- Manage legal risks and offer solutions.
- Stay updated on legal developments in the FMCG sector.
- Assist in negotiations related to disputes or contracts.

The Successful Applicant
- LL.B/LL.M
- PQE : 5 - 8 years
- Prior experience in arbitration or practice at High Courts compulsory
- Experience with dispute resolution in the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
