Job Description
- Evaluate private equity secondary investment opportunities.
- Build financial models and valuation analyses.
- Conduct commercial, financial, and fund-level due diligence.
- Analyze portfolio companies, industries, and market trends.
- Support transaction execution and investment recommendations.
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare investment materials.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- 2-5 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, GP-led/LP-led Secondaries, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Finance.




- MBA from a Tier-1 Institute.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skillset, including three-statement models and LBO analysis.
- Experience evaluating private companies and investment opportunities.
- Ability to independently conduct industry, company, and fund-level research.
- Solid understanding of private equity funds, transactions, and investment processes.
- Exceptional analytical rigor and attention to detail.
- Advanced PowerPoint and investment presentation capabilities.
- Intellectual curiosity with a willingness to challenge assumptions.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
