Job Description

This is a Senior Leadership role responsible for getting approvals, managing government relationships, tracking regulatory changes, and ensuring client's projects in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad move smoothly without delays.
- Lead and expedite regulatory approvals, permits, and statutory clearances for development projects across South India.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and utility providers.
- Monitor infrastructure developments, urban planning policies, zoning regulations, and growth corridors to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and manage a centralized regulatory intelligence and knowledge repository, including approvals, contacts,



policy updates, and best practices.
- Establish and oversee a digital permit-tracking system with dashboards, governance metrics, and real-time reporting.
- Set up and lead a specialized permitting function for data centers and other digital infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with power utilities, telecom providers, environmental authorities, and other stakeholders for infrastructure-related approvals.
- Lead and mentor regional teams across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
- Standardize approval processes, governance frameworks, and operational playbooks across the region.
- Identify risks, resolve approval bottlenecks, and ensure timely project execution while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Provide strategic insights on city development trends and emerging investment opportunities across key South Indian markets.
