About the Role
We're looking for a Value Realization Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a newly created role focused on one transparent mission: making sure the GTM technology we've invested in—Clari, Outreach, PG:AI, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar GTM platforms—actually delivers the business outcomes it was purchased for.




You'll sit at the intersection of RevOps, Sales Enablement, and Vendor Management. Rather than just administering tools, you'll own the *value* they generate: adoption, ROI, workflow efficiency, and measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. If you've spent time as a customer success manager on the vendor side of GTM tech and are ready to apply that customer success discipline internally, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end value realization strategy for our core GTM tech stack (Clari, Outreach, PG:AI, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and call recorder tools such as Kaia or Clari Copilot)
- Define and track adoption metrics, usage benchmarks, and ROI models for each platform; report regularly to RevOps and Sales leadership
- Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, Business Application, and IT teams to ensure tools are configured, integrated, and used the way they were
