Job Responsibilities
• Build deep contextual and domain knowledge, identify reporting needs & gaps and support ad-hoc needs of the business
• Partner with other teams on cross-functional projects to develop process efficiencies
• Work on continuously enhancing reconciliation models and help improve accuracy
• Design & develop comprehensive, consistent & accurate financial reports that comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to identify solutions and work with cross-functional teams to implement solution
• Escalate issues to senior management or appropriate teams when necessary. The analyst should have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates on issue resolution




• Perform quantitative analysis, including interpreting large, structured data and formulate recommendations
• Work with our Product, Platform, Partnerships, and Finance teams to develop global payments strategy

Requirements

Job Description
• BA/BS degree or equivalent and 6+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics, Finance, Payments
• Proficient in extracting and processing data using Advanced SQL and possess scripting skills (Python preferred) to automate manual work
• Hands on experience with data analysis and providing helpful insights
• Experience working with variety of databases and large data sets
• Experience building visualizations and dashboards using Looker/Tableau or similar
• Experience with version control & tools such as Git/Gitlab, Jupyter Notebook, etc
• Detail-oriented and must have the analytical skills for solving unstructured problems
• Excellent oral/written communicat
