About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Sourcing & Seller Onboarding Manager in Gurugram to drive vendor acquisition, seller onboarding, business development and marketplace expansion.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vendor acquisition, seller acquisition, vendor onboarding, seller onboarding, e-commerce, marketplace operations, B2B sales and business development. The person will be responsible for identifying potential sellers/vendors, generating leads, conducting outreach, negotiating commercial terms and successfully onboarding suitable vendors onto the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor & Seller Acquisition
- Identify and source new vendors, sellers, merchants and business partners.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential vendors through market research, online research, references, networking and outbound sales.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach and other lead-generation activities.
- Approach relevant manufacturers, brands, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, SMEs and other potential marketplace sellers.
- Build a continuous pipeline for vendor and seller acquisition.

2. Seller Onboarding & Vendor Onboarding
- Manage the complete seller onboarding process from initial contact to successful activation.
