The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure AI products are delivered on time, meet defined goals, and align with the overall product strategy and organizational vision.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and key milestones for AI product launches.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and monitor progress against project goals.n
- Track project deliverables, update documentation, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.n
- Identify and help mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner.n
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting action items.n




- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling, data management, and communications.n
- Assist with tracking project budgets and resource allocations as needed.n
- Help maintain project management tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).n
- Participate in project retrospectives and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of project workflows.n

nQualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.n
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.n
