Position Description:
- The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for the in office supervision and assist with management of Nursing services for each branch. They will report directly to the Branch Director and partner with the clinical and quality team to support broader initiatives
- The RN Field Staff will indirectly report to the RN Supervisor with overall direction coming from Branch Director and support from Clinical, Quality and Education.
- The RN Supervisor Role is a hybrid per- visit clinical role with reduced productivity expectations to allow additional administrative time to attend to branch required responsibilities and duties. (Allocated hours will vary week to week and branch to branch based on needs and approval by Branch Director
