This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a WFM Support Coordinator based in India.

This role provides day-to-day application support and project coordination for a workforce management and time & attendance platform. You will help ensure accurate employee time capture, scheduling, attendance data, and seamless information flow into payroll and HR systems. Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, vendors, and project teams, you will troubleshoot issues, support users, and maintain reliable system performance. You will also contribute to system configuration, testing, data migration, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position combines technical application support with stakeholder management and project coordination in a global workplace. It is well suited to a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping users adopt technology effectively.

Accountabilities:
- Application Support and Administration:



Act as the first point of contact for employees, managers, HR, and Payroll users requiring support with the workforce management and time & attendance system. Manage user access, roles, and permissions while ensuring configurations remain aligned with established policies and governance requirements.
- System Configuration: Support the configuration and maintenance of shift patterns, schedules, pay rules, leave types, accruals, absence types, and security roles. Translate business requirements into appropriate system configurations and help maintain system efficiency and accuracy.
- User Support and Training: Provide timely assistance through email, ticketing systems, or phone, troubleshooting application issues and guiding users toward effective resolutions. Develop user guides, FAQs, quick-reference materials, and training content, and deliver training sessions for employees and managers.
