Job Description
Expertise:
Extensive end-to-end Payroll management experience (Input management, Payroll processing, Time & Attendance processing)
Expert-level knowledge of Workday Payroll and ADP platforms
- Manage end-to-end Payroll operations from input management and time & attendance through processing, disbursement and post-payroll activities
- Lead team of payroll specialists, managing workload distribution and backup planning
- Own relationship and governance with retained HR teams and third-party ADP/Workday support
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, quality reviews and process automation
- Manage statutory compliance, audits and regulatory reporting across the payroll li
