Description
As a Direct Materials Productivity Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving productivity improvements and cost efficiencies in the direct materials supply chain. Your role will focus on optimizing procurement strategies, enhancing supplier performance, and ensuring the seamless flow of materials to support manufacturing and operational objectives. You will leverage your expertise in supply chain management and data analytics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement, contributing directly to Honeywell’s competitive advantage and profitability.

You will report directly to the Senior Director Procurement for Process Automation and you’ll work out from one our India locations (Bangalore/Hyderabed/Pune) on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s operational efficiency by leading initiatives that improve material cost productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen supplier partnerships.



Your leadership will ensure that material availability aligns with production demands while maintaining cost targets and quality standards, thereby supporting the company’s overall business goals.

Your role also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end to end processes and project for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on task to be performed; and monitoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skills development, skilled growth, and overall success.
