Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The Junior Executive/ Executive – QC, Flavours is responsible for supporting the day-to-day Quality
Control activities of the Flavours Division, including the analysis, testing,
clearance, and release of Raw Materials (RM), Intermediates, Finished Goods
(FG), and Packing Materials.

The




role is also responsible for maintaining laboratory systems and equipment,
supporting regulatory and quality documentation, and acting as the second
person-in-charge for the Flavours QC function to ensure continuity of QC
operations.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the sampling of Raw Materials, Finished Goods, and Intermediates.
- Perform daily QC sensory evaluations and analytical testing for Raw Materials, Intermediates, and Finished Goods and provide timely clearances.
- Create and maintain Quality Plans in SAP for Raw Materials, Intermediates, and Finished Goods.
- Coordinate with external service personnel for preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
- Support the QR Manager with documentation and clearances using relevant systems/software such as SAP.
- Plan and coordinate the procurement/availability of standard references, specifications, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for recent Raw Mat
