nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a highly strategic, commercially sharp Assistant Manager of Finance to completely lead and own the financial operations of our luxury wellness resort in Uttarakhand. As the Department Head, you will be the custodian of the resort's financial health, driving financial strategy, managing cash flow, ensuring strict statutory compliances, and optimizing operational profitability.
nYou will act as a key strategic advisor to the General Manager, translating complex financial data into business strategies that safeguard our margins while maintaining world-class luxury standards.

- Complete Ownership: Formulate, implement,



and monitor the resort's annual operating budgets, capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans, and financial forecasts.n
- Profitability Management: Deeply analyze departmental profitability (F&B;, Rooms, Wellness/Spa) and work aggressively with other HODs to optimize margins and curb leakages.n
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the resort's cash flows, working capital requirements, and fund allocations efficiently.n
- Executive Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial performance reviews, variance reports, and KPI dashboards directly to the General Manager and corporate stakeholders.n
