Position Overview

The Project Coordinator is the single execution-side point of accountability for the company's projects, reporting to the Vice President – Engineering. He is the person who, at any moment, can answer for any project: what the current status is, what is stuck, and what needs a decision.



His job is not to record status after the fact but to stay ahead of each project — anticipating what it will need next and setting those things in motion before execution is held up.

The role connects the site project teams, project managers, project accountants, the procurement department, billing engineers, and the document controller, and manages all correspondence with clients and PMCs. He does not hold direct line authority over site teams; he drives accountability through the work program, structured follow-up, and direct escalation to the VP – Engineering. To discharge this responsibility, he is authorised to convene project managers, call for information from any project, and escalate unresolved matters directly to senior management.
