About The Job:

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate proven experience and a robust track record in the following areas:
- Expertise in Kubernetes management, including the application of industry best practices and modern operational approaches.
- Solid experience in Terraform development, particularly in designing, maintaining, and reusing infrastructure through well-structured modules.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD practices,



with a focus on implementing and enabling true continuous delivery rather than simply maintaining deployment pipelines.
- Experience working in environments with high expectations around security, compliance, governance, and cost optimisation, ensuring these considerations are embedded into all aspects of delivery.
- A strong understanding of, and commitment to, engineering principles such as security and compliance by design, automation-first approaches, innovation, standardisation, and operational excellence.
- Preferably experience within the banking or financial services sector, where security, regulatory compliance, auditability, risk management, and governance standards are typically more stringent and form an integral part of day-to-day engineering practices.
