Description
To support WSP Australia’s Strategic Asset Management team from India by contributing to advisory projects across transport, energy, mining, water, facilities and social infrastructure. The role supports clients from strategy through implementation by analysing asset information, developing practical recommendations and producing high-quality client-ready outputs.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic asset management and advisory projects from strategy and policy development through business cases and implementation support.
- Interrogate asset data, identify trends and insights, and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations.
- Contribute to asset management, business management, asset maintenance and asset management systems assignments.
- Prepare clear, client-ready reports, presentations and data outputs tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with project teams and specialists across Australia, India and global locations to deliver agreed project outcomes.
- Engage with clients,
understand their requirements and support tailored service delivery that strengthens client relationships.
- Manage assigned priorities, timelines and deliverables with attention to quality and detail.
- Contribute to effective asset management and best-practice approaches that improve asset performance, sustainability and long-term value.
- Share knowledge, collaborate with colleagues and support the learning and development of others.
- Maintain a commitment to continuous professional development and relevant asset management certification.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in Asset Management, or an equivalent qualification, is desirable; willingness to obtain certification is acceptable.
Experience, skills and organisational knowledge:
