Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations delivery - Manage day-to-day service delivery operations for assigned accounts/programs to ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contractual obligations
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to address gaps
- Drive operational excellence and process standardization across teams
- Client management - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high client satisfaction. Conduct regular governance meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.
