Key responsibilities
- To ensure that the ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements and related documents are maintained.
- To execute production activities as per production planning in coordination with various department.
- To review, approve and distribute the instructions for Solvent Recovery and APIs according to written instructions
- Reviewing all production batch records and ensuring that these are completed and signed.




- Ensuring compliance to c GMP, Safety and SOPs.
- To ensure that all production deviations are reported, evaluated, investigated and corrective actions are initiated.
- Production planning and target achievements with respect to quality, quantity, yield, recovery efficiency and compliance.
- To review validation protocols and reports and product manuals.
- To evaluate proposed change control related to process or equipment’s.
- To perform full scale investigation related to OOS and OOT.
- To implement corrective and preventive actions to address root cause and participates in QRB meeting.
- To ensure that equipment’s are maintained in qualified state.
- To ensure compliance of production documents.
- Impart SOP related training to sub-ordinate and upgrade their skill & knowledge. Ensure that training records are updated in time for self and plant personnel.
