About this Role





We are seeking a controls and compliance professional to support operational governance, risk management, and control effectiveness across service delivery functions. This role focuses on designing and strengthening operational controls, driving Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, and providing data-driven insights to support service performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across service lines to maintain a strong control setting and help reduce operational risk through consistent monitoring, assurance, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do
- Design and enhance operational and process controls to mitigate business and operational risks.
- Implement controls and provide guidance and training to control owners, delegates, and performers.
- Coordinate and manage periodic Risk & Control Self-Asses
