Storage Software Engineer – Distributed Storage & Kubernetes

About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior Storage Software Engineer with 8-12 years of experience to architect and build next-generation block, file, object running at scale in Kubernetes environments.
- This is a deeply technical, hands-on role. You will define storage architecture while actively writing production code,



solving complex distributed-systems problems, optimizing performance, and driving critical technologies from design through production.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Block, File, and Object Storage systems.
- Build distributed storage data-plane and control-plane components.
- Use AI coding agents to your advantage to boost productivity and lead us to the future of AI native engineering. Capable of giving the right context and detailed requirements to the Agent.
- Develop Kubernetes-native storage solutions using CSI, operators, controllers, and CRDs.
- Write high-quality production code in C++, Go, Rust, Java, or similar languages.
- Design for high availability, replication, fault tolerance, data durability, and recovery.
- Optimize storage systems for IOPS, throughput, latency, CPU, memory, and network efficiency.
- Debug complex issues across Linux, Kubernetes, networki
