nRosier Foods is a fast-growing D2C FMCG brand building a portfolio of high-quality, clean-label food products across Ghee, Stone-Pressed Oils, Flour, Honey, Nut Butters, Amlaprash, Better Bars, Pickles and Pooja products.
NWe are now looking to expand our B2B business and offline distribution footprint and are looking for an energetic, highly proactive B2B Sales / Business Development professional who can help us unlock new channels and build meaningful business relationships.
NWhat will you do?
nThis is a high-ownership, field-oriented role. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening current accounts/channels and growing existing B2B relationships.
NKey Responsibilities:
NNew Business Development
NIdentify and generate newB2B leads across relevant channels.
NProspect potential clients, distributors, retailers, institutions, corporates,



modern trade and other relevant businesses.
NBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
NTake ownership from lead generation to negotiation, closure and onboarding.
NChannel Expansion
nIdentify and unlock new B2B sales channels and business opportunities.
NExplore new markets, customer segments and partnerships.
NDevelop strategies to scale existing B2B channels and take them to the next level.
NIdentify opportunities for bulk orders, corporate sales, institutional sales, gifting and other B2B formats.
NExisting Client Management
NBuild robust relationships with existing clients.
NEnsure repeat business and continuously identify opportunities to increase their order value.
NUnderstand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure smooth fulfilment.
NRegularly meet clients and maintain strong business relationships.
