NAbout the Role
nWeare seeking a highly qualified and committed Professor for our MBA (Finance) program. The ideal candidate must hold a PhD or have cleared the NET examination, with strong expertise in core Management subjects.
NThe candidate should alsobe capable of handling Finance-related subjects with confidence and clarity. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong subject expertise, and a genuine passion for teaching and academic growth.
NKey Responsibilities

- Teach and mentor MBA (Finance) students across core and elective subjects, including Finance. N
- Design, update, and deliver curriculum aligned with academic standards and industry requirements. N
- Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities. N
- Participate in academicplanning, department meetings, and institutional initiatives. N
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and ensure academic excellence.

- Engage in research, publications, seminars, and professional development activities. N
- Support accreditation, documentation, and quality assurance processes. N

nRequirements

- PhD in Management/related field or NET qualification (Mandatory). N
- Strong knowledge of General Management and Finance subjects. N
- Excellent communicationand classroom management skills. N
- Prior teaching experience in higher education is preferred. N
- Ability to work collaboratively with the academic team. N
