nWe are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents in making informed decisions about academic programs, courses, and career pathways. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and counselling skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

nKey Responsibilities
n

nCounsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
n

nUnderstand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, goals, and requirements.
n

nProvide accurate information about courses, admission processes, curriculum, and career prospects.
n

nHandle student and parent queries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
n

nFollow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
n

nMaintain regular communication with leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
n





nAchieve individual and team counselling/admission targets.
n

nConduct counselling sessions, presentations, webinars, and orientation programs when required.
n

nMaintain accurate records of student interactions, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
n

nCoordinate with the admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
n

nSupport students throughout the admission process and resolve basic queries promptly.
n

nMaintain a high level of professionalism and ensure a positive student experience.
n

nStay updated on courses, academic policies, industry trends, and career opportunities.
n

nRequired Skills
