nJob Role:
nWe are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Specialist – Luxury Pens to join our enthusiastic team. You will play a key role in converting online leads into happy customers, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Call and engage with online clients who visitn
- Follow up with abandoned carts and convert interest into successful purchasesn
- Provide expert guidance on product features, comparisons, and recommendationsn
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase basket valuen
- Act as a single point of contact for clients—before, during,



and after purchasen
- Share shipment tracking information promptly and accuratelyn
- Send Google review links post-delivery and collect customer feedbackn
- Update clients on recent product launches and special offersn
- Maintain client records and call status using CRM toolsn
- Coordinate with the packing and logistics team to ensure timely dispatchesn
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall online sales experiencen
- Be an energetic, committed member of India’s largest online pen storen

nIdeal Candidate Profile:

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)n
- Confident in client interaction and persuasive sellingn
- Knowledge of luxury pens or eagerness to learn about themn
- Prior experience in telesales, e-commerce, or customer support is a plusn
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilitiesn
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM
