Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional with prior experience of working closely with the music artist community and labels - ideally in artist management, distribution or a related domain. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the music ecosystem and a passion for discovering and nurturing emerging talent.
nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Identify rising independent artists on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Spotify etc.n
- Sign and manage artists for distributionn
- Identify labels / catalogues for acquisition. Evaluate revenues and close contracts for acquisitionn
- Negotiate contract with artistn
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners for releasesn
- Monitor and analyze KPI'sn
- Attend showcases and artist community eventsn
- Build relationships with managers/producers/ songwritersn
