About the Role
We are looking for a Video Editor who can transform raw footage, interviews, shoots and creative assets into engaging, high-quality digital videos. The role will involve editing both short-form and long-form content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other digital video platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual aesthetics and platform-specific content formats,



along with a keen understanding of entertainment and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital and social media platforms.
- Edit interviews, celebrity content, entertainment stories, features, shows and original video formats.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts and other vertical video formats.
- Ensure robust storytelling, pacing, transitions and visual continuity.
- Select appropriate footage, music, graphics, sound effects and supporting visuals.

Social-First Content
- Create platform-specific edits optimised for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Adapt long-form content into multiple short-form and social-first assets.
- Understand audience behaviour, trends and content formats across platforms.
- Create attention-grabbing openings and edits that encourage viewer retention.
