nOur factory-built approach allows us to manufacture high-quality modules with integrated interiors, electrical systems, plumbing, and finishes before delivery.
nAs we expand internationally (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand), we are looking for a technically gifted Draftsperson or Architectural Designer to join our team.
n

nThe Role:
nWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a solid technical background in construction documentation.
nYou do not necessarily need to be a licensed Architect,



but you must possess the technical knowledge and drafting abilities to translate engineering concepts into precise, permit-ready drawings.
n

nThe ideal candidate is a master of Archicad or Revit and understands the nuances of steel framing, modular assembly, and international building codes.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n

nBIM & Drafting: Produce high-quality 3D models and 2D documentation using Archicad or Revit (Proficiency in one is mandatory; both is a plus).
n

nArchitectural Documentation: Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, roof framing plans, and construction details.
n

nModular Detailing: Create wall assembly details, interior layouts, and exterior detailing specific to modular steel construction.
n

nMEP Coordination: Assist in drafting Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC layouts.
n

nStructural Support: Work alongside structural engineers to produce fabrication and shop drawings when required.
n

nCode Compliance: Ensure drawings comply with intern
